I was really excited to write this post today due to the fact that I updated my blog layout and Im so happy with how it looks now!
Anyways… Another week has flown by and its time for another weigh in! I have to admit that Im struggling quite a bit… Since coming home from my holidays throughout August, Im really struggling to get back on plan. I keep telling myself that Im going to get back on track and really try but I cant seem to cut out all the junk food again…
This week has been alot better than the past 3 weeks but not how I want it to be. Ive managed to go to the gym once since last wednesday as Ive been decorating my room (which was probably better than going to the gym). Food wise, Ive managed to eat a fair amount of fruit and lots of vegetables but it’s the crisps, chocolate, sweets and coco pops that get me… Ive tried to cut down but when it gets to night time and Im cuddled up in bed watching Netflix or Youtube, I really want to pig out on everything bad!
This week should be a little quieter than the previous Slimming World week so Im hoping that I’ll be able to take control of what Im eating!
My plan for this week is to go to the gym at least twice, eat better and plan my food for the week ahead! Im planning on preparing my lunches the night before. I think I might place all the junk food in a single cupboard, at least if its out of sight than its out of mind!

This week: 15 stone 10.5 pounds
Loss to date: 8 pounds
Little gain, 1 pound on… Im happy with that…
